Office complex for a total of 10,300 sqm.
The studies and realizations of the work were based on the idea of maximum energy saving; Linearly structured with a long terrace, about 105 m long and 21 m wide, oriented along the north-south axis and with low environmental impact.
Two internal courtyards provide natural light to the work spaces while a photovoltaic system, integrated into the terraces, contributes by generating part of the energy used.
The building constitutes the first qualifying intervention in the framework of Malaspina Business Park, an intervention that recovers new production functions of a long-disused area.
KITE Engineering took care of the construction design of the electrical and special systems.
