The “Nave de Vero” Shopping Center is the new commercial center for the development and redevelopment of Marghera – Venice.
The structure, which has obtained BREEAM environmental certification, is one of the most eco-sustainable Shopping Centers in Europe and represents an absolute novelty for Italy.
With its surface area of 60,000 m2 GLA, distributed over two floors, it hosts around 120 shops, including a supermarket of around 5,000 m2 and a covered car park area with over 1,000 parking spaces.
