Main Office Complex

KITE Engineering was responsible for the preliminary and Executive Design of the Electrical, special and Thermomechanical Systems of the 8900 m2 office Complex located in Marcon (VE).
The Complex consists of a 2600m2 garage, a 2400m2 artisan unit, two 700m2 artisan units and a block of commercial/office units.
The Thermomechanical project was developed in BIM. Building Information Modeling allows us to manage a true 3D visual design model and allows us to create an integrated design with the various disciplines; architectural, structural and plant engineering.
The complex features an 86kW photovoltaic system integrated into the roof.
Great attention was also paid to the lighting of the main facade, for which lighting engineering simulations were created.
