The Palazzo Naviglio residential complex is a contemporary work, made up of two side-by-side buildings, facing the City and the Naviglio. It brings a very low environmental impact in Milan, in the historic and evocative Naviglio Grande neighbourhood. Palazzo Naviglio promotes sustainability as a lifestyle, with innovative techniques that contribute to the reduction of air pollution, such as the use of ITALCEMENTI TX-Active “Mangia Smog” plaster, a geothermal system serving the underfloor heating system and domestic hot water production. It is a 40.50 kWp photovoltaic system with garages equipped with an EV (Electric Vehicle) charging socket.

This is the first truly Green project in Milan, which launches the “Green Thinking” style as an absolute preview.
