KITE Engineering was responsible for the design of the electrical, mechanical, special, and fire protection systems for the new Tecnomat store in Sassari, which will cover a total area of over 8,000 square meters.

The design of the new Tecnomat store focused on achieving a high-quality final installation, with particular attention to energy efficiency and resource savings, in full respect of environmental sustainability. This was further supported by the installation of a photovoltaic system with an electrical capacity of more than 400 kW.

The MEP systems were designed to integrate seamlessly with Tecnomat’s commercial layout, ensuring that retail operations can be conducted at their full potential.
