KITE Engineering developed the detailed design for the electrical and mechanical systems, fire safety systems, and acoustics for the new multifunctional civic hall of the Municipality of Arzignano, named MIA (Meeting in Arzignano).

The new civic hall, located in Via Giuriolo, will serve as the vibrant heart of the city — a meeting and gathering place designed to host cultural, social, and recreational activities. A versatile, community-oriented space dedicated to events and initiatives open to all citizens.

For this project, KITE Engineering designed integrated and modular systems aimed at reducing energy consumption and emissions while enhancing indoor environmental quality and comfort. All spaces have been conceived to be subdividable according to functional needs, ensuring optimal comfort and usability for occupants.

The architectural ceiling, together with the draperies, contributes to the acoustic performance of the hall. In addition, lighting fixtures and air diffusers are fully integrated and concealed. All design activities were coordinated and developed in collaboration with 3ndy Studio, which oversaw every architectural detail with utmost precision.

A result that fully reflects our vision: environmental responsibility, innovation, and people’s well-being embedded in every design detail.
