KITE Engineering dealt with the design of the lighting and safety signalling system revamping of the IKEA store in Padua.

Over 600 lighting fixtures will be installed throughout the store, replacing the existing system. The choice of technology and installation method, considering that the shop will always be open to the public, was analyzed through value engineering which highlighted the installation times and costs in relation to the ease of installation and future maintenance of the system, without neglecting aspects such as the modularity of the system and future possibility of expansion.
