Terrazze Fedro

KITE Engineering is dealing with the definitive and executive design of the electrical and mechanical systems of the new residential complex called Terrazze Fedro that will be built in via Fedro in Rome, in the Monte Mario area.
The project is the result of the collaboration with Green Stone Sicaf SPA and will lead to the creation of an exclusive residence a few steps from the center of the capital. It will be an oasis in the city of Rome thanks to its elevated position with respect to urban traffic and the large terraces surrounded by greenery. The 30 apartments will in fact be able to boast the presence of a 2,400 sqm park, as well as finishing touches from leading brands.
The systems serving the structure were designed by KITE Engineering using technical and functional criteria that guarantee the safety of people and perfect integration with the architectural project, but also a high degree of efficiency and energy savings. In fact, the structure will be equipped with a condominium photovoltaic system that will supply energy to the condominium services, the heating and cooling plant and the common utilities.
