KITE Engineering is handling the detailed and executive design of the electrical and mechanical systems for the new residential complex, Terrazze Fedro, which will be built on Via Fedro in Rome, in the Monte Mario area.

The project, developed in collaboration with Green Stone Sicaf SPA, will deliver an exclusive residence just a short distance from the city center. Thanks to its elevated position above urban traffic and spacious terraces surrounded by greenery, it will serve as a true oasis within the city. The 30 apartments will benefit from a 2,400 sqm park, as well as high-end finishing materials from leading brands.

The building systems have been designed by KITE Engineering according to technical and functional criteria to ensure occupant safety and seamless integration with the architectural project, while also achieving high efficiency and energy savings. The complex will feature a shared photovoltaic system supplying energy to the condominium services, the heating and cooling plant, and common utilities.
